"Lifestyle Storyteller through Imagery"
As an avid traveler for both work and pleasure, I identify with many cultures around the world! I find myself most closely linked to that Hippie Granola Mountain Girl of my upbringing in Colorado, and my Texas Cowgirl Life in the Hill Country of Texas. I travel frequently between the two states for work, but currently reside in Bandera, Texas. I've also had the immense pleasure of traveling to some exotic locations for my job over the years and continue to look for opportunities to do so!
With a degree in Commercial Photography from the Art Institute of Seattle and nearly 20 years of experience, I have a diverse set of skills that allows me to specialize in capturing many forms of art.
When I was in Art School, my teachers were constantly asking me to choose a "niche" to specialize in, but truth be told, I love variety! I have the desire to do something different each day, and have built my career by photographing anything I can get in front of my lens! Most importantly, I tell the story of my subject through creative lifestyle type imagery.
These days, I spend my time photographing Lifestyle Portraits, The Food & Beverage Industry, Commercial Work and Destination Events!
Personally, I embrace the motto "Work Hard, Play Hard," while balancing my photography career with a love for the outdoors, camping, and exploring other countries! My personal life includes adventuring with my husband, two silly dogs, watercolor painting, and hosting poker games and gatherings in my home!
It doesn't really matter where I am...If you want me to photograph the ART that is your LIFE, I'll be there!
